This is important to keep you safe and informed. ֍ Hot Tub cleaning occurs every Tuesday. The technician will need access to the hot tub only. ֍ If you are planning a drunken party, please choose a different location. We have some full-time resident neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. ֍ Person booking must be at least 24 years old and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform. The booker must stay at the property for the duration of the stay. ֍ If you are having an event, please reach out to us and let us know what type of event you would like to have. Additional cleaning fees could apply. Our cleaner will make that determination. ֍ Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs less that are fully house and crate trained. Dogs are to use the bathroom only in the fenced dog run, not on the deck or on the concrete. Please pick up your dog’s mess and throw away. Supplies are provided. You will need to provide a crate for your dog as they are not to be left unattended while you are not home. NO dogs are allowed on the furniture. If your dog is allowed to sleep with you, our home may not be the best fit. Please don’t sneak a dog in. Our cleaning service can tell and charge us extra. That few will be charged back to you. Do the right thing and inform of us your dog. ֍ On your way in, stop at The Big Store for all your needs. They have groceries, supplies and a parking permit to park on the beach. The Big Store is a few minute drive from Let’s Get Nauti. ֍ If you don’t want to take your car to the beach, you can Rent a golf cart from Jay's Golf Carts. They'll deliver and pick up. ֍ Get a Day Pass to Margaritaville for year round heated pools, concerts, arcade, and swim up pool bar. ֍ Watch the dolphins as you ride over on the Ferry! ֍ Head back to Galveston on the 24 hour Free Ferry for night life! The beach is walking distance from the house. To get to restaurants and activities a car will be needed. You can always rent a golf cart too!
